Reference Number: TS-MO-BSE-NK-1007 Job Title: Maintenance Operative Location: Bury St Edmunds Salary: £24,000 Working Days: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends Working Time: 8.00 to 17.00 Contract: Permanent Atalian Servest is recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to be responsible for maintenance work and general repairs in Bury St Edmunds. Duties will include- - To undertake a wide variety of building maintenance work, and general repairs, to include basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and landscaping. - To carry out work at heights using mobile access equipment. What are we looking for from you... - Experience of carrying out property maintenance. - Ability to work on own initiative. - Proactive and flexible approach to undertaking a wide variety of tasks. - Ability to solve problems in an effective and efficient manner. - Self-motivated with good organisational skills. - Awareness of safe working practises. - Willingness to undertake training relevant to the role.
