Section Engineer

A thriving regional main contractor are looking to hire a Section Engineer to work on various civil engineering schemes covering the Yorkshire region due to an ever increasing workload. Role The successful applicant will be operating in the East Yorkshire area working on a multi-million £ highways infrastructure site initially, duties include: Sub-contractor management, supervision of an Site Engineer on site, liaising with management for running of site, ordering materials for site as needed etc. Experience / Qualifications Required Candidates must have experience of managing subcontractors for a main contractor on site. Candidates must have previous Site Engineer experience - setting out, QA, surveys etc. CSCS & full valid driver’s license SSSTS / SMSTS beneficial Remuneration Salary up to £40,000 (dependent upon experience) per annum plus company vehicle or car allowance, fuel card, pension scheme and generous annual leave entitlement.
