Sub Agent - Civils & Infrastructure

PSR Solutions are working with a leading, tier one contractor to recruit a Freelance Sub Agent to manage a large civils package incorporating earthworks, 278 works and externals. Key Duties: Ensure sufficient resources are allocated to each work section Set targets and KPI's in line with project objectives and monitor performance throughout Ensure audits are undertaken Report progress with the Civils Project Manager Responsible for day to day running of externals package, including HSE Performance, Quality control, Cost Control, Programme & Resource management Man-management including working alongside other Engineers and Foreman. Requirements & Qualifications: CSCS Card SSSTS or SMSTS (Desirable) Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (Desirable) Experience of undertaking road construction, deep drainage, 278 works, earthworks, RC slabs.
