Senior Quantity Surveyor

Fawkes and Reece are currently working with an award winning, well known Residential developer for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in SW London. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be a number 2 role and reporting in to Commercial Manager Leading phase 2 of this 400 unit, 16 stories development. You will be responsible for managing the wider team of Surveyors, payment notices and prepare liability. As such they are looking for someone with a proven track record in another Tier 1 developer, who can take responsibility, whilst creating solutions and taking pride in the work they provide. The applicant must be both trustworthy and credible. The build is RC Frame with a high end finish. So experience is essential. The company are luxury Tier 1 developer, with Prime Residential locations across London and the South of England. The award winning company have been described as having clear attention to detail, with an honest approach and the highest architectural quality. The development is a collection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, which is due top be completed in early 2022. The company have a great success rate which would allow for a long term career and further development opportunities. In return you will receive £70,000-£80,000+ Package.
