Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

A well known, loyal client to Sphere are looking for a Quantity Surveyor, to join their Bath operation. Your new company are Regional Main Contractor who specialise in New Build, Refurbishment and Fit Out schemes in and around the Bath area. These schemes vary in value but are typically from £500k - £10M and more often than not JTC projects. Reporting directly into the Directors of the business, you would also have added support in the form of further Surveyors, Estimators, Commercial Managers and associated staff.
