Senior Engineer / Project Manager

INFORM3 Recruitment Senior Engineer / Project Manager – Wexford INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Senior Engineer / Project Manager for a road / utility project based in Wexford. The successful candidate will have an interest in stepping up to a project management position and have a number of years’ experience working independently. The client has many years of experience in the civil engineering industry and puts pride in quality work and forming genuine and long last relationships with clients. Senior Civil Engineer Responsibilities: * Develop the contract programme - establishing sequence and timing of operations necessary for the completion of the work and ensure all necessary resources are in place * Extensive experience of engineering, able to oversee structural activity and keep it in line with company procedures. * Ensure all relevant information is collated, reviewed and actioned at regular contract review meetings. * Attend client/consultant meetings, prepare and respond to the requirements of the meeting to ensure * Management of junior engineers * Management of sub-contractors, labourers and onsite staff * Delivery of and compliance with, quality and health and safety procedures and legislation requirements * Capable of working on complex projects with min supervision * Experience in working in a fast paced and intense environment * Experience in managing quality system * Support all business objectives * Traffic management * Check and understand all drawings and specification. Ensure that any errors/omissions are formally communicated to the design team in timely manner.
