PLUMBER - Mobile Commercial Circa £27,000 basic + Overtime + Bens Company A national Commercial Gas & Plumbing FM Maintenance company, who provide service & repair to commercial, retail and hospitality clients across the UK - now require a Commercial Plumber to join their team. They are looking for an individual's who can work on their own or as part of a team, are self-driven and motivated, based in Central Scotland. Although based in the Central Belt of Scotland we work in all areas of the UK and N.I. We have bult an excellent contract base of clients based on quality of service and contract delivery. Role Working of a PDA, you will be a mobile Commercial Plumber, undertaking Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance covering all aspects of commercial plumbing including; installation and repair, legionella testing & water management, risk assessments and closed loop testing of chilled & heating systems. Although based in the Central Belt of Scotland we work in all areas of the UK. Candidate Can work on their own or as part of a team, self-driven and motivated Plumber (time served) and qualified Commercial Plumbing experience - essential Able to undertake all aspects of plumbing including installation, maintenance and reactive repairs Unvented hot water systems G3 trained Legionella maintenance experience - advantage Confined Spaces Trained - advantage CSCS card Plasma IPAF Experience of working with a FM/Maintenance company - advantageRemuneration Basic of circa £26/27k Overtime after 40hrs Vehicle & fuelcard with private use option PDA 28 days holiday Ample overtime opportunities A Commercial Plumber & Interested?
