Site Engineer - Nights

Abatec is assisting a highly regarded Civil Engineering contractor with the recruitment of a freelance Site Engineer. Our client will be responsible for the Civils package on a highways scheme near Swindon. The successful applicant will be part of a Night Shift team, responsible for providing line and level, Quality Assurance etc. As Site Engineer you will: * Have experience of Highways schemes. * Be the main source of technical advice and quality control, during the night shift for everyone working site. * Provide levels and surveying across site, checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations. Our client requires a Site Engineer with: * Valid CSCS and experience of robotic total stations. * A good understating of construction health & safety protocols. * Excellent communication skills. * HND/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering. * Understanding of AutoCAD Salary and benefits include: * £250 - £300 per shift (LTD/UTR) * Project duration is 4-6 months * Working hours 8pm – 6am Monday to Friday (possible weekends) Please click APPLY NOW if interested.
