Mechanical Supervisor | £40,000 - £45,000 | South London | M&E | Permanent Engineering at its very best…. This independent M&E contractor lives and breathes building services and their passion for engineering can be seen throughout the business and in the way in which they carry out their work. A Mechanical Supervisor is now required to join their team in South London and work on a range of potential projects across numerous sectors including education, residential, leisure and healthcare. The Mechanical Supervisor can expect to join a very supportive team who will encourage your growth and personal development whilst working on some interesting and challenging projects. Some of your responsibilities: * Review of the Scope, Vetting RAMS Documents where required. * Issuing technical Submittals of all Equipment / Packages under guidance of Project Manager * Managing Sub Contractors to maintain programme targets * Quality Control, Produce and Issue quality control documents, snag sheets and follow through to sign off. * Manage all Health and Safety on site to include Toolbox Talks * Assist with Commissioning and Handover * Report on site progress to PM Must Haves: * Plumbing or HVAC Background & Qualifications * Experience at Supervisor or Site Manager level within Fast track fit out environment * Good IT proficiency * Eye for detail and a passion for Quality * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Throw your hat in the ring….
