Architectural Technician

Our client is a multi-disciplined architectural consultancy, committed to providing a comprehensive architectural service to all their clients offering innovative solutions and forward thinking designs to customers which contributes to their growing client base. Due to expansion they are recruiting an Architectural Technician to offer support to its Technical team. Specifications: - * Around 3 to 5 years recent technical work experience in Architecture consultancy industry; * Well verse in AutoCAD; * Ability to learn internal process and procedures * Excellent communication skills; * The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; * Ability to produce the highest standard of work either autonomously or as part of the team; * Experience of residential projects required; * Knowledge of current Building Regulations, NHBC guidelines, Robust Details etc. * Professional and well presented The successful candidate will be given ongoing career development and the chance to progress their career with this thriving business
