An experienced Project Manager with the capability to act as the number one lead delivery person on projects or as a key team member on a major works site-based team, is required to join a specialist fit out and interiors contractor in London. With projects across a broad stroke of sectors including hotels, commercial offices, retail and residential, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager to work on some interesting projects. Some of your responsibilities * Preparation of contracts during preconstruction phase * Preparing the construction phase programme, site setup and organising pre-start meetings * Managing projects on a day to day basis * Programme management * Responsibility for closing out projects * Ensure all team members have correct training and certificates in place Must haves: * Comprehensive experience in a Project Manager capacity * Proven background in fit out * Commercially and technically savvy * Flawless communication skills * Health and Safety awareness Apply now or contact Ben Gatt for more information
