Estimator (Construction)

Excellent role on offer for an Estimator from a Construction background who is wanting to join a forward thinking company that specialise in Modular Buildings that can offer a clear progression route to Director. My client is a specialised offsite construction company using modern methods of construction to supply the residential and leisure markets from their premises in Cambridgeshire. The person will be highly organised, accurate, efficient and capable of working independently on given tasks as well as working with the team. Will generate product and project costs estimates, placing and managing orders for the supply of equipment, materials and services. The ideal candidate will be a forward thinking Estimator from a construction background who is wanting to join a forward thinking family ran business where you will working within a close knit team and have the opportunity to progress your career into a Director level role. The Role: Generate product cost estimates, including carrying out take-offs from drawings as required. Producing specifications and schedules of fittings to provide a fully detailed bid package. Working with the team in producing tender deliverables as and when required.
