A Project Manager with comprehensive joinery and fit out experience is required to join a leading joinery and fit out business in Surrey / London. Initially working on a London based project, the Project Manager will take a lead role in delivering a range of projects from domestic schemes through to multi-million pound commercial and residential fit out and joinery projects across London and the South East.
Some of your responsibilities:
* Provide leadership to a construction delivery team
* Provide single point of contact for clients in relation to project activities
* Ensure the project team is aligned with company objections and client expectations
* Issue detailed monthly progress reports
* Deliver projects within authorised budgets
* Ensure compliance with all quality and management systems
* Provide feedback to Operations Director
Must haves:
* Comprehensive experience within joinery and fit out is essential
* Knowledge of construction best practices
* Ability to motivate and lead teams
* Knowledge of Health and Safety and environmental legislation
* CSCS, SMSTS
* Planning management skills
* Commercial and contractual management skills
