Construction Site Manager Experienced Site Manager to work on a construction project of Permitted development of 60 residential self-contained flats with Steel Frame over. 1. MUST have least 10 years previous experience in the successful delivery of similar projects within the construction industry: Experience with Steel Frame construction is ESSENTIAL. Working knowledge of Romanian language would be very beneficial. Undertake the Hands-On day to day management of building site activities of the project. We will also expect you to project manage and organise both the works and supply chain, ensuring you maintain the working schedule to avoid time delays and disruption between trades. Must have the ability to read and accurately interpret programmes, drawings and technical specifications, whilst accurately conveying details to the sub teams. Need to be proactive and flexible, able to quickly adapt and think on your feet to resolve complicated issues, you will confidently lead and motivate the workforce providing clear direction to ensure the delivery of a quality product. Establish absolute demand for the highest quality of workmanship standards on site and ensure the timely delivery of the specifications of the project requirements. Strong focus on Health and Safety Controls which are held to the utmost standards at all times. * Maintain Health & Safety procedures/initiatives/Site Inductions * Adherence to Company quality standards including Management of defects, compliance with Specification/Materials/Workmanship/Schedules * Coordination/Leadership of the site team of Sub-Contractors & other site operatives * Responsible for the opening and closing of the site facilities * Management of discipline, behaviour, site facilities, toilets, compound area etc. * Fill out and submit workers time sheets & preparation of site progress reports * Material movement and co-ordination * Responsible for accurate & timely completion of site-based documentation * Any other reasonable management request Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience: * SMSTS and all relevant certificates * Relevant H&S courses * CSCS Black and SMSTS card Must have evidence of the right to work in the UK
