PROJECT MANAGER - DRYLINING

Company An drylining contractor who have a turnover of £10m and working on projects up to circa £5m are on the market seeking a Project Manager for a £5m Student Accomodation Project in Vauxhall. They are looking for a capable Project Manager to work alongside the Oprations Director to deliver this scheme. The Role They work on projects from £500k - £5m and have a requirement for a Drylining Project Managers to Manage a Project in Central London valued at circa £5m The packages they are overseeing includes the drylining package. They are looking for someone from a Drylining sub contractor background to Manage the delivery of this project. The drylining Project Manager will report direct to the Operations Director. Responsibilities • Work Closely with the Site Team to ensure project is delivered on time and within budgey • Develop and motivate team • Managing relationships to ensure repeat business • Ensure contractor and legal obligations are met • Ensure daily & weekly operational meetings held • Ensure cross functional team meetings held • Engage with all team members including operatives to ensure best possible project outcomes • Meet agreed deadlines • Ensure team meet project quality targets • Recognise and reward good behaviours • Manage people effectively, following employment legislation and company policy & procedures • Manage labour and labour master selection, recruitment, training and performance • Quality, Health, Safety & Environment • Provide leadership to the Project The Candidate • Experience working for a drylining / interior sub contractor • Manage project to completion • Quality Management • Coaching and developing others, sharing knowledge • Create a sense of urgency and a ‘can do’ attitude • People Management skills • Excellent written & verbal Communication Skills If this sound like a role you are interested in please do not hesitate to apply, should you have questions or queries regarding this exciting opportunity please do not hesitate to contact Dylan Hughes of DNA Technical Recruitment Limited
