Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit Out - £55,000 Plus Package Our client who is a well-known name within the Fit Out industry across the commercial sector is now seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to the team due to an exceptional period of organic growth. Ideal candidates will come from a Sub Contract background and have experience working across fast-paced projects valued from upwards of £3 Million. Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities: * Develop Project Cost Plans * Valuing and agreeing variations * Procurement * Internal valuations * Produce monthly CVR’s * Manage final accounts Quantity Surveyor Key Skills: * Sub contract background * Carpentry Joinery, Drylining, Glazing, Metal Ceiling (Any of these backgrounds highly advantageous) * Ability to communicate with clients and build relationships * Sound commercial acumen and execution * Ability to manage multiple projects at one time This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to come in and gain exposure to some very exciting projects and grow a very lucrative career.
