A well-run, small sized Groundworks/ RC contractor that work with a variety of clients in various work scopes like Structural Alterations, Piling and Earthworks amongst other Groundworks and RC Frame disciplines. With a key focus on developing the business in the near future, the attitude here is one of motivation and optimism. A Senior Quantity Surveyor is needed to aid in this expansion however and you would find yourself working directly under the Managing Director who himself, has come from a Commercial Background. So he can focus more on expanding the company instead of overseeing the commercial side of things, the Senior Quantity Surveyor would be given autonomy on running things. Someone who has a hungry attitude and is focused on running a tight ship with contracts being delivered on time and within budget would be perfect for this role. If you are willing to help this company expand and not just ride the ship but help steer, you would be treated very well here and held in a high regard. Projects range between £100k and £1.5 million Does that sound like you?
