This role offers you the opportunity to join believe housing, already recognised as an award-winning landlord, at an exciting stage of its journey and to be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and vision of the Assets and Compliance directorate. Purpose of the role As a member of the Senior Team, reporting to the Executive Director of Communities and Customer Services, you will work collaboratively with other directors and senior leaders across the organisation to ensure the delivery of believe housing's vision, values and strategic objectives. You will act as the organisational lead for the Asset Management and Compliance service, while overseeing a substantial programme of capital investment. You will ensure that all compliance matters with respect to asset management are delivered and in line with statutory and regulatory requirements. You will be required to inspire and motivate your people to deliver outstanding performance, as well as developing and maintaining strategic and business enhancing partnerships with external organisations, to foster excellent working relationships and develop the service further.
