Chartered Building Surveyor

Our client is a fast growing Property and Facilities Management working with a range of well-known developers and Housing Associations. Due to a substantial pipeline of work and planned team expansion they are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the property team delivering high fee projects across the south of England. This role requires a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience in pre-acquisition surveys, who is commercially minded and client facing. The successful Building Surveyor will need to demonstrate a detailed understanding of building regulations and the ability to sign off on RICS EWS1 forms. The Building Surveyor will be a key team member within the Property Division, ensuring that the company culture and behaviours are always displayed whilst acting as Lead Surveyor on a range of projects. The successful Chartered Building Surveyor must be MRICS. Some association with the IFE or demonstrable fire risk experience would be advantageous. This is a senior role so requires a high degree of commerciality and the ability to hit the ground running with project delivery. Our client works with a number of FTSE100 clients so there is a great deal of opportunity to cross-sell within the group and develop new business.
