Quantity Surveyor

I am currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a Facilities Management provider in the Surrey area. This is a permanent opportunity and would consider candidates who have either worked either client or contractor side previously. Please see below for further details. The Role * This requires a Quantity Surveyor who is prepared to work from an office as opposed to out on site all day or working from home * The client has a number of contracts within FM and requires direct involvement with a number of providers on a daily basis * Working across quantities of rates * Working within a small team of Supply Chain / Commercial staff What the client seeks * Ideally worked within FM previously, though this is not essential * Someone who can drive as would be some commuting to Swindon * Soft skills to work both internal and external stakeholders * Can manage high volume, low value pieces of work Interested?
