Construction Manager

Fawkes & Reece are working with a well respected tier 1 developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Construction Manager, for their large residential development based in South East London. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a block of 252 residential apartments, from groundworks through to handover. You will be responsible for creating programmes, managing Health and Safety, managing Q&A processes and managing a team of Site Managers underneath them. You will be responsible for the whole running of the block and reporting into the Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert, with a Civil Engineering or Construction Manager Degree. You must have extensive experience of delivering projects from start to finish and have extensive RC frame residential experience with Main Con or Developers.
