Site Manager

Freelance Site Manager £250-£260 per day Medium sized commercial sector type business with an excellent reputation in the market. Operate on schools, hotels, accommodation and focusing between refurbs and new builds structures. Growth within the business despite recent Covid-19 issues so a strong and stable business to work with. Will be working on a new structure refurbishment project on a school based in Hampshire. Will be number 1 on site managing programmes, sub-contractors, weekly schedules, meetings, inductions and ensuring running to plan and budget. Mon-Fri 9 hour days, project will run roughly between 12-18 months depending on how it goes. Project roughly around £1.5m in total. Need somebody who has been an out and out site manager, running projects alone showing competency and ability. Proven track record of keeping projects to deadlines and budgets. Must be pro-active, excellent communication skills and be willing to go the extra mile when required. Must have SMSTS, CSCS and first aid as a minimum. Looking for freelance site manager who can start as quickly as possible. Working with a good company, valued member of team, negotiable day rate between £250-£260 per day and stability of work for at least 12-14 months. Great opportunity to get back in to work again.
