Senior Site Manager

Fawkes & Reece are currently working with a tier 1 developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Senior Site Manager, to oversee the Groundwork and RC Frame package on their large residential development. As Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a £12m RC frame package, which includes; RC frame, groundworks and logistics. Reporting into a Construction Manager. The ideal must have extensive experience overseeing RC frame packages with Main Contractors and developers on large residential schemes. Civil Engineering Degree would be highly preferable. You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert. This is temp to perm role and looking for someone to start immediately. Interested?
