TSA Recruitment Ltd are currently seeking Stock Condition Surveyors to carry out Stock Condition Surveys of social housing in West London. Our client is a leading property consultant who is responsible for delivering a large programme of condition surveys and rdsap assessments of social housing units, capturing information utilising asset management software on a tablet PC. The ideal candidates should have experience of conducting housing stock condition surveys and ideally possess a technical construction qualification, or Joinery and Carpentry background also work well in this role.
