Senior Electrical Project Manager Stratford-Upon-Avon Permanent Position My Client is looking for Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead a large Project in Birmingham. There projects are with Tier 1 Contractors with Electrical Installation. They are a fast-growing company with turnover increasing year on year and have been established 7 years, offering stability in the current climate. Specialising in Electrical design and installation on commercial buildings and looking for an enthusiastic individual with a similar background. The position will be based in their office in Stratford-Upon-Avon and you will have experience in an Electrical Project manager role with commercial experience specialising in Commercial projects (Hospitals, Shopping Malls etc.) My client is offering personal development and competitive package and wants longevity in a Project Manager and ideally wants someone mid career (Your CV should reflect this longevity with an organisation) Role & Responsibilities * Maintain integrity, positive and flexible attitude at all time * Liaise with all parties on-site to maintain an effective working relationship * Maintain and monitor health and safety on site * Arrange and participate in technical, progress and H&S meetings * Maintain a high quality of work and communication * Liaise with the design team to produce a practical design solution * Review project specifications and drawings * Submit technical submissions and RFI’s * Contribute to planning work methods, resources, teams & systems to meet project requirements * Monitor and control progress on-site and produce a progress report * Control contract costs by monitoring labor, material, and plant on site * Implement works to meet project requirements * Maintain QA record and procedure * Monitor and control sub-contractors on site * Order day today material * Ensure the correct level of resources on-site at all time * Meet project deadlines and budget * Control Snagging and defects Package * Company Car or Car Allowance * Pension * Healthcare * Personal based bonus scheme * 55 - 60,000 per year Contact Adam at Consortio with your most up to date CV.
