Fit Out Project Manager

ACR have recently registered a fantastic opportunity for a Fit Out Project Manager on behalf of one of London’s leading developers who build high end luxury dwelling’s situated in prime locations across London. The company are seeking the services of a Project Manager, reporting to a site-based Senior Site Manager for a complex and important scheme based in Docklands, London. The project consists 2- & 3-bedroom apartment and penthouses. The scheme in located in the centre of Lodnon within walking distance of the tube station. The relevant individual is likely to have the following knowledge and understanding of processes/procedures and inspections both pre and post installation, snagging process, customer handovers, Liaise with NHBC and other approval bodies, Using a document management system, raising and managing RFI (request for information), taking meeting minutes, technical submissions, NCRs, instruction of variations and change control. Worked with a large or medium sized House builder organisation on city centre large scale project both with tier 1 and tier 2 type packages.
