Commercial Manager – Roofing & Cladding Salary negotiable, subject to experience + excellent benefits Firmly established as one of the UK's leading Commercial Building Envelope Contractors, our client is a specialist in delivering Roofing and Cladding Refurbishment Projects to Blue-Chip organisations across the UK. Due to a record-breaking year for the company and an internal re-structure, we are now looking to appoint an ambitious, forward-thinking Commercial / Contracts Manager to make a long-term career move to the business. This is a hugely important role and an ideal opportunity to make your mark within a company which has no ceiling on internal promotion and with potential progression up to Director level. We are particularly looking for a Commercial Manager who has experience within the refurb sector and is 100% client focused. The role will require an individual who can closely monitor projects for cost control from conception through to completion and so will require candidates with the upmost attention to detail. In other words, we are looking for a pretty special person: ·Previous experience in refurb sector ·Client feedback- 100% client satisfaction ·Excellent negotiating skills are required to see projects through to completion: No shouting and screaming or throwing tantrums allowed! ·Closely monitor projects for cost control from plan to completion ·H&S; Cash forecasting, financials ·A wee bit of invoicing and estimating may be thrown in to assist the team when required -Probably a background as a Quantity Surveyor This is a company which really looks after its team- whether it is by giving out ad-hoc bonuses or gifts or just providing a friendly and supportive workplace.
