Building Surveyor

TSA are currently working in partnership with a Facilities Management Provider who are looking to recruit a Senior Building Surveyor based from there office in the West Midlands. The successful individual will be required to carry out Building Surveys and provide professional advice across various sectors including commercial, retail and leisure etc. The work would be varied consisting of determining the condition of existing buildings, identifying and analysing defects, including proposals for repair; preparing scheme designs with costings, advising clients on schemes and projects and determining requirements, carrying out feasibility and dilapidation reports. We will ideally be looking for candidates who are Degree Qualified Building Surveyors who have experience carrying out condition surveys and can demonstrate they have successfully delivered similar projects on time and on budget. It is expected that the applicant will also: Be confident in Microsoft office particularly Excel and Word. Familiar with AutoCAD and asset management software such as Kycloud. Experience of using tablet software to input survey data In addition to a high degree of technical expertise you will also require good interpersonal skills to interact with the client and determine their requirements.l If you’re interested in the role please get in touch asap via (url removed)
