Job Description

Role Purpose :Remedial work in domestic and commercial properties following the loss of various liquid and solid materials. Damage repair work on behalf of clients and asbestos removal from soils for our civils division. Essential Hold a valid driving license Excellent knowledge and workmanship in all aspect of building, landscaping, and excavating. High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance Exceptional communication skills at all levels, to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and property owners. Desirable Digger and dumper npors or equivalent licence Trailer license Competent IT skills to send emails/photos from the company issued tablet. Landscaping experience Street works Held a valid asbestos removal certificate for at least 6 months. Have an in date medical certificate. CSCS card Roles and Responsibilities: Be able to take instruction from the team leader and complete task in an acceptable time frame. Ensure sites are to be protected where possible using plastic, boards or any other suitable material as to not create damage to property or to create a secondary contaminated area. Ensuring skips have boards underneath to prevent damage and lined with a plastic sheet to stop any liquids leaching out. Assist in ensuring the site and machinery left in a safe and secure area at the end of each day with pictures of the site included in the daily upload. Manual excavating Manual moving waste to disposal sites Carry materials to different locations. Loading the vehicle at the end of the day ready for tomorrow. When client contracts require overnight work and stopovers. Site to be left clean, swept, and free of debris, skips lined and covered with correct signage erected for the site. No blameworthy complaints regarding behaviour or language. Correct PPE worn at all times
