Exclusive Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity to work with a dynamic Tier One Main Contractor for a site based In Surrey An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading UK Construction Main Contractor that are specialists in Construction, infrastructure, fit-out, housing and development. With a steady 20% growth over the past 3 years, our client has a revenue of over £3 Billion and are proud to have a great name across the UK. Within their Construction division, they have a network of offices and with this being one of their key strengths within the group they are always looking to strengthen the teams. As a business, our client operates across design and build, new build and refurbishment schemes across a mixture of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Education, healthcare and various regeneration schemes. Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven Track record to work on a £80 Million + residential scheme in Surrey, this is a great opportunity to work on a project right from the early stages lead a major scheme with an on-site Commercial Manager. Being based from the London office initial with a view of working on the Surrey site from mid this year, this project goes on for circa 3 months. Our client is looking to invest in someone that shares the same passion as them in Construction, they are known for pushing Commercial staff up through the ranks. With this being on of their key areas, they have many long servers in the business that has this track record of progressing up through the ranks. For this role, our client is looking to pay up to £75,000 + Car allowance, travel paid plus other benefits including a bonus scheme.
