Repairs and Voids Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Repairs and Voids Manager to oversea a first class maintenance service. This role is to ensure the smooth operations of the day to day repairs service as well as the voids. This will include health and safety, productivity, overall management including progression and disciplinary. The successful candidate will have over 5 years management experience and have a sound knowledge of social housing repairs.
