Finishing Foreman

Falcon Green are currently searching for an experienced Finishing Foreman / Manager who has a strong internal trades background. This role will be based on a residential development in Oxford. The chosen Finishing Manager will be responsible for the following; * Supervising all tradesmen and operatives on site. * Ensuring works are completed in a safe environment. * Attend weekly progress meetings. * Attend daily progress meetings with Project Manager. * Complete and ensure snag lists are actioned. This would suit a candidate with extensive snagging experience who is also immediately available
