Senior Quantity Surveyor

This national main contractor have an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a project in Surrey on a long term contract basis or temp to perm. Our client is on site working on a £100+ Million residential project within Surrey and they need a capable Senior to work as a number 2 for the project. For this role you will have been involved with a number of projects within the commercial or residential sector, for either large tier 1 developers or main contractors. A Quantity Surveying qualification is required, and you will have worked for some leading construction companies during your career as a Quantity Surveyor. To apply for this position, you must have experience working on large schemes (£80M+) and have also worked on either commercial or residential construction projects for the past 5 years.
