Handyman

Temporary ongoing job available for a Handyman to work in a high end venue near Liverpool Street, London EC2M. Pay up to £16.00 p/h, M-F 7am-3pm + overtime. JOB DUTIES Planned and reactive maintenance to building fabric, basic electrical and plumbing works, repairs to furniture and fixtures and assembling furniture or equipment, some carpentry, painting and decorating. JOB REQUIREMENTS The Handyman will have a basic understanding of plumbing and electrical works, proven experience of carrying out general maintenance, ideally have worked in a customer facing environment, well presented and have good attention to detail. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
