Junior Quantity Surveyor

Fantastic graduate opportunity to join a growing contractor in construction. Company Established for three years, this company is increasing its turnover in a steady fashion, developing a reputation for delivering construction services professionally and to a high standard, which in turn is leading to development of o strong portfolio of works and a broader client base of well known main contractors. Projects range from installation of SFS to internal fit out elements such as ceilings and partitions, in addition to other specialist and more unusual undertakings. Role A Junior Quantity Surveyor is required to join the team in order to support with construction delivery. The role will entail pricing variations and managing relevant cost detail against materials and labour, using Excel as the primary software. Experience Required The ideal applicant will be pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying or will have recently graduated a QS degree course. Applicants should also be bright, enthusiastic to learn, evidence being very good with numbers, have a methodical and diligent nature. Any experience gained within construction will be advantageous. Remuneration Basic annual salary will be negotiable dependent upon experience, ranging between £18,000 and £22,000 per annum.
