Quantity Surveyor

QUANTITY SURVEYOR REQUIRED*** Come and join an up and coming groundworks contractor with an influx of work...even at a time like this! An SME specialist groundworker is looking to bolster their commercial team with a Quantity Surveyor who has 2+ years' experience in this field. This is due to pipelined workload as well as approved upcoming projects. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering the commercial function of projects between £200k-1.5m in value. Previous experience of working on groundworks projects is required. Their work is spread across a 30-50 mile radius of their Hitchin, Herts office, so as Quantity Surveyor you will have to go out to site 1-2 times per week. There is also opportunities for home working with this position given the current market. In return, as well as a generous salary offered, this company is looking for someone to progress with the company over time and become the Commercial Manager for the business. It's exciting times!
