Land Manager - National Housebuilder

CCO Group are currently headhunting for one of their premier clients, a National housebuilder who are looking for a Land Manager to join their Kent office Responsibilities • Lead and manage a team to source and secure new development opportunities • Take schemes through planning consent read for the construction team • Liaise with internal and external departments where necessary • Utilise and expand existing contacts of land owners, developers, planners and land agents to source new development opportunities • Lead of securing sites for a range of tenures Key Experience • Working with a residential developer or housing association • Management experience of a small team • Proven track record of securing a range of tenure schemes • Existing knowledge and contact base within the South East region Unfortunately due to the volume of applications we receive, if you have not been contacted within five days of your application then please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion
