Design Manager

This national main contractor have an immediate requirement for a Design Manager to work on a project in London on a long term contract basis or temp to perm. Our client is on site working on a £60 Million mixed use scheme - commercial and residential within London and they need a capable Design Manager to take responsibility for the project. For this role you will have been involved with a number of projects within the commercial or residential sector, for either large tier 1 developers or main contractors. A construction or architectural qualification is required, and you will have worked for some leading construction companies during your career as a quantity surveyor.
