Sales Director Salary - £55,000 - £65,000 Construction, Hire, FM We are looking for a Sales Director to lead, drive and grow accounts across the UK, whilst maintaining a profitable portfolio. To be an influential member of the senior management team of the business, to contribute to the overall success of that business, and to the group. What we are looking for: Proven track record setting and delivering a successful sales strategy and plan Significant experience in the business services market in a senior sales and or marketing leadership role. Prior experience in the rental, insurance, construction or facilities management sector is a strong advantage Proven track record of driving a portfolio with strategic accounts Prior experience of setting and managing an effective pricing strategy Proven experience managing sales teams and driving performance using KPIs and leadership techniques Experience of personally leading large and complex bids and sales processes Strong negotiating and commercial skills - a proven ability to accurately price business opportunities and develop bids Experience of developing strategic alliances, strategic suppliers, joint ventures in delivering services What to expect: Grow profitable revenue year on year through strategic accounts Sales Support - lead and develop effective sales support functions, including bid management, inside sales, customer services and sales administration Inside Sales - drive lapsed customer campaigns, telemarketing, upselling, cross selling and order processing Client retention - ensure that customer retention is optimised through excellent account management practice and first-class customer service Ensure issues are identified and resolved promptly Pricing - optimise pricing to maximise profitability. With the Managing Director and Finance Director, set and enforce pricing and discounting policy and authority levels. Ensure compliance with authority levels and review pricing policy regularly Contracts - ensure that customers sign up to appropriate commercial contract which offer adequate protection to the organisation whilst optimising revenue and profit Sales Commission - set sales commission schemes that align to driving profitable sales growth Drive employee engagement Work with colleagues to minimise and collect overdue debt Produce regular and ad hoc reports as required to demonstrate business performance, opportunities and challenges What we have to offer: Salary up to £55,000 - £65,000 Negotiable bonus Health Care Vehicle Pension Apply today
