Scheduled Works Manager
Cambridgeshire
£40,000 - £44,000
We are currently seeking a Scheduled Works Manager on behalf of our client who has a depot based in Cambridge, to undertake the management and ownership of planning on Civils and Utility projects throughout the UK.
You are required to have a background and experience in Civils, Streetworks, Telecoms or Utilities.
Job Role
Communicating at all levels, creating lasting relationships with Clients, Councils and Operational teams
Planning works due to take place, including pricing, payments & contractual agreements
Make sure works are completed on time to budget
Manage defects, snagging and corrections
Sign off completion of site
Make sure all H&S Guidelines are followed in line with policies
Closely monitor training and development to make sure ops are at required level
Manage Budgets
Hiring new employees
Reviewing the workloads & timelines
Certification & Education Required
SMSTS /SSSTS
NRSWA
Full Clean Driving Licence
