Quantity Surveyor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Quantity Surveyor to join a highly respected and very successful M&E Building Services contractor who provide Mechanical and Electrical installation services across multiple sectors including, Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Residential, Government Offices, Banks, Schools, Leisure, Hotels, Public Buildings, Care Homes and Healthcare sectors etc with Contract values ranging from £500k up to £15m. M&E Quantity Surveyor * You will be required to be site based in the London area for 3-4 days per week and spend 1-2 days per week at their Head Office in South Hampshire. Previous experience as an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor operating within the M&E / Building Services sector is essential, and you will also possess excellent communication skills and a good level of IT skills, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Minimum HND or BSc in Quantity Surveying.
