Mechanical Project Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a highly respected and very successful M&E Building Services contractor who provide Mechanical and Electrical installation services across multiple sectors including, Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Residential, Government Offices, Banks, Schools, Leisure, Hotels, Public Buildings, Care Homes and Healthcare sectors etc with Contract values ranging from £500k up to £15m. Mechanical Project Manager * You will be responsible for managing projects based in the London area for 3-4 days per week and will be required to spend 1-2 days per week at their Head Office in South Hampshire. You will manage and co-ordinate all aspects of the design, procurement, installation and commissioning of projects assigned to you, ensuring that high quality, compliant installations are delivered to the customer in a manner consistent with the company’s contract management system. Further to establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with customers and supply chain. * Manage Sub-Contractors and Site Staff * You will possess excellent communication skills as well as strong management skills * Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget * Good level of IT skills to include, Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook Remuneration Package for the position Mechanical Project Manager Base salary: £50k - £65k depending on experience, plus Car or Car Allowance (circa £6k), excellent performance related Bonus Scheme, Pension, Smartphone and Laptop.
