Job Description

Our client, based in Monmouthshire, is currently recruiting for a General Practice Surveyor / Valuer on a permanent basis. The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The salary is negotiable based on experience for this position. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Valuer & member of RICS, or working towards these. Duties will include (but not limited to): * Assist in the Estate Management of the Council’s Commercial Property Portfolio on a variety of properties * Carrying out surveys and valuations on all properties in line with legislative requirements * Ensuring that all records on properties are updated as the property portfolio changes * Negotiating terms for the acquisition and disposal of new properties, including negotiation in regards to leasehold and rent reviews Experience required: * Registered Valuer * RICS Qualified Skills, knowledge and expertise required: * Commercial Valuations * Lease Renewals * Rent Reviews * Acquisitions & Disposals Working hours: * 3 hours per week * Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (flexible) Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
