Senior Quantity Surveyor - Leeds Amoria Bond are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for one of our Clients to be site based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a bright & vibrant team on a 12 month contract. The ideal SQS will have experience in: - JCT 2016 Knowledge - Working on large structures - Working on concrete frames - Previously worked on Groundworks projects - Sub Contract Experience The right SQS will be: - Contractually & Commercially aware - Have an eye for detail - Profit motivated Rates are negotiable and subject to experience.
