Senior Quantity Surveyor - Highways schemes This is a great opportunity for an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to work on a package of works, all Highways based for a minimum 6 month period. Location: Leeds - 4 days a week working from home Salary: £350pd - £400pd depending on experience Duration: 6 months + Start date: ASAP Role Description: Working for a main contractors Infrastructure team where you will be responsible for a package of minor works schemes, all NEC based on highway schemes. Involved we a mixture of new schemes starting and the close out of existing projects hence 1 day a week might be required for site visits or client meetings if not being conducted by MS Teams. You need to be experienced on the NEC forms of contract and working in the highways sector as your support will be via MS Teams with the Commercial team all working from home. Proven experience of monthly reporting, final accounts and project variations are required as you will be hitting the ground running as an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor on a freelance basis.
