Construction Project Manager

Our client based in South Tyneside is looking for a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team. Job Specification: * Looking for individuals who have a passion for excellent service delivery; demonstrate a strong customer focus and have an outstanding track record of Project Management within a construction environment. * Candidates should be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent professional qualification * Must have experience of delivering major refurbishment schemes and new build developments within a project management capacity. * Must have operational management experience * Ability to take a project from inception and design, to on-site delivery; managing resources and contractors to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction. * Candidates must hold a valid full UK driving license and have access to their own transport on a daily basis, as travel to and from active sites is required. * Must hold a valid UKATA Asbestos Awareness Certificate * Must have valid CSCS card Payment can be made through umbrella or PAYE
