Carpentry & Joinery Trainer/Assessor Salary - £32,000 - £34,000 4 weeks annual leave plus all bank holidays Position is based with a FE Training Company in Oxfordshire The training company offer a wide range of courses across construction where they provide quality pre-apprenticeship programmes and Apprentice training. This position gives the opportunity to apply skills you have obtained in the industry to deliver to new learners within the apprenticeship framework. You will be able to practically show new learners the skills you have and share experiences you have had in the past. Candidates must have the following attributes in order to be considered for the role: Qualifications and Experience * Minimum of 5-years occupational competence * Teaching qualification * Assessor A1 qualification * Verifier V1 qualification Personal attributes * A thorough knowledge of the detailed requirements of the relevant qualifications being delivered * Behave with integrity, be vigilant and be prepared to identify and challenge unethical behaviour In regards to the interview process for this position, there is a telephone interview, followed by a Microsoft Teams interview.
