Site Manager

A regional local authority are keen to source a suitably qualified Site Manager for an initial 10 month contract, working on their schools and educational buildings.. The ideal candidate will: * Have previous local authority experience * Experience of schools and college projects * Have CSCS site card * Have First aid and site safety experience * Have a current DBS check Approximately 10 months work commencing within a couple of weeks c27th July. Rate is negotiable via umbrella, you will fall inside IR35 and Local Authority practice. Prior to interview we will require proof of right to work etc, Interviews for prospective candidates within the next 2 weeks. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and live within commutable distance to Co Durham.
