Quality Manager

Compass Resourcing is currently recruiting a Quality Manager on a temporary contract for a highly regarded construction fit-out main contractor to work on a project at the nuclear base at Barrow in Furness. The project is a £3.5 million commercial fit-out and refurbishment project including a new build extension on an NEC contract. The quality manager will compose and maintain the ITP document. The document needs to be crossed with drawings, specification and certificates. Ensuring that client inspections are done and signed off. Interfacing with the client and dealing with delivery notes and compliance certificates. They use a manual system on the project so there is a lot of paperwork requiring LTQR – lifetime quality records. Preferably candidates will have previous experience of the nuclear industry and ITP experience. Previous experience of NEC contract would be an advantage. Qualifications required: CSCS Card and First Aid Working days / hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm This is a temporary position which is required until the project is completed in approximately August/September 2020 Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience All Health & Safety risks will be covered in induction.
