Site Manager

I have a fantastic opportunity with one of Staffordshires premier high end house builders. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on one of their ucoming prestigous developments within staffordshire or the Midlands. The client operate in a 50 mile radius of Tamworth and are looking to recruit Site Managers that are happy to commute within the area. The Role I am currently looking for a highly experienced site manager for a new build houing sites. The ideal candidate will be both operationally experienced in delivering new build projects but will also have a level of commercial awareness to deliver the project efficiently with the commercial department. The client is a regional contractor but are still family run and pride themselves on the level of service they provide. As the number one manager on this project will need to be capable of autonomously delivering projects safely and effectively, been confident in your ability to implement processes and procedures on site. Most of the projects are traditional build and consist of a small number of units and a quality driven approach is essential. The Person If you are an experienced residential site manager with a professional and personable approach to running projects, then this client and their sites are ideal for you. You must have previous experience of working on new build schemes and be available for work in the coming weeks. Skills Attributes * CSCS * Educated at NVQ level or significant experience in Construction Management * Previous experience in Housebuilding * IT Literate * Must be a good Communicator * Team player
